Diana Constantinide attended the International Criminal Court, on the 10th and 11th of June 2019, in relation to the Sudan and Afghanistan case and had the opportunity to meet with Victims Participation and Reparations Section, Victims and Witnesses Sections, Trust Fund for Victims, Office of the Prosecutor, Senior Investigator of the Sudan Situation, Legal Unit, Public Information and Outreach Section, Counsel Support Section, Data Processing Unit and with the Senior Legal Advisor of PTC.
For both matters, the ICC has reached, controversial decisions. For the gravity of the crimes that are acknowledged by the Chambers itself, the ICC and the international community have a duty to reflect the interest of victims throughout proceedings.
