Leading legal publisher Westlaw has published Michael Polak’s article on INTERPOL notices.  INTERPOL notices can severely restrict the movement of their subjects, often people who are required to travel such as politicians and business people. The article covers the legal provisions which can be used to have a noticed removed by the organisation, headquartered in Lyon, France.
