LESLEY MANLEY has successful outcome in sexual touching case.

The defendant had a business and was accused of sexual touching of a female customer during the course of conducting his business.

The defendant was at risk of a custodial sentence and losing his livelihood if convicted.

He was acquitted on the 5 February after a three day trial at Kingston Crown Court
