Michael Polak Instructed to Represent Democracy Activist Drew Pavlou in Chinese Embassy Bomb Hoax Case

Church Court Chambers Barrister Michael Polak has been instructed to represent Australian democracy activist Drew Pavlou who was arrested following a peaceful protest at the Chinese Embassy.  Mr Pavlou was held by the Metropolitan Police and then interviewed in regard to an email containing a bomb threat that the Chinese Embassy claims to have received from an email address which has been set up in Mr Pavlou’s name.
