Pamela Brain secures Acquittal

Pamela Brain secures Acquittal in a case involving 23 counts of serious sexual assaults including multiple allegations of Buggery.

The jury acquitted of all charges in just over an hour.This was a difficult case involving an elderly defendant of good character and in poor health. Some of the allegations dated back over 40 years. The complainant suffered from serious mental health difficulties and  autistism which meant that  particular skill and sensitivity was required in relation to his cross examination.
