Maria Karaiskos KC leads Colin Witcher in sensitive murder trial

A murder trial, in which Maria Karaiskos KC is leading Colin Witcher, has approached its conclusion this week with closing speeches presented to the Jury.

Maria and Colin are instructed by the defendant, a vulnerable young man with communication difficulties and a learning disability, who has been assisted by an intermediary throughout the trial.
