Nicholas Preston

Nicholas joined chambers as pupil in October 2025.

Before being called to the Bar, Nicholas gained valuable experience working as a paralegal in a clinical negligence firm where he managed his own case load and engaged in research and drafting tasks. He also regularly took instructions from clients. In addition, he worked as a County Court advocate where he gained valuable advocacy experience arguing cases concerning housing, bankruptcy and financial remedies. He has volunteered for charitable organisations providing overseas aid and was editor for an all-party parliamentary group focussing on policies advancing gender in minority groups.

Nicholas is available to accept instructions in criminal and extradition matters.
