Anthony Richardson secures unanimous not guilty verdict following seven day trial

Dr. Anthony Richardson has successfully secured a unanimous not guilty verdict for his client defendant at Wood Green Crown Court.

The charge alleged against the defendant was being engaged in controlling or coercive behaviour in an intimate or family relationship, and although this was a single charge, it had six sub-charges.

Following a seven day jury trial involving a very large number of documents and specific financial documents that Anthony had to triage in order to meet tight court deadlines, alongside language translations, his client was unanimously found not guilty.
