Creanna Dodson secures suspended sentence for her client at Maidstone Crown Court

On 17 March 2025, Creanna Dodson managed to successfully persuade the sentencing Judge at Maidstone Crown Court to impose a Suspended Sentence Order for her client, who was facing immediate custody for drug offences.

The Judge commented that the defendant had avoided custody by a “whisker” after submissions made by Creanna described that her client’s offending fell within the lesser category of culpability and that he was particularly vulnerable.
