Creanna Dodson secures unanimous Not Guilty verdict in Coercive and Controlling Behaviour trial

Creanna Dodson has secured a unanimous Not Guilty verdict for her client at Luton Crown Court after a four-day trial concerning an allegation of Coercive and Controlling Behaviour.

Following just 55 minutes of deliberation, the jury acquitted her client. Creanna robustly challenged the prosecution’s case, highlighting deficiencies in the Crown’s evidence and testing the reliability of the complainant’s account through focused cross-examination.
