Extradition success for George Hepburne-Scott at Westminster Magistrates’ Court
On 4 July 2025, following a full extradition hearing at Westminster Magistrates’ Court, a district judge discharged George Hepburne-Scott’s client T.Z on Article 8 grounds.
The Extradition Arrest Warrant had been issued by Poland.
