George Hepburne-Scott interviewed by ITV’s Good Morning Britain

Speaking with ITV’s Good Morning Britain, Church Court Chambers’ George Hepburne-Scott comments on the judicial review into Palestine Action’s designation as a terrorist group.

George explained that the legal challenge will involve a large number of witness statements from individuals affected by the decision, who argue that their lawful activity in civil action to protest injustices is being disproportionately restricted.
