George Hepburne Scott’s client secures bail in $3 million US Extradition case

In the case of USA v R.W., George’s client was yesterday granted conditional bail by the Senior District Judge following a contested hearing. His client is alleged to have obtained $3 million from insider trading.

Working with the excellent Magdalena Motyl of Bark & Co and Ben Watson KC of Three Raymond Buildings, the client is extremely well represented for the fully contested extradition hearing in 2025 and can now enjoy bail throughout.

George is highly experienced in extradition and in particular US cases involving high value financial crime.
