Islam Khan successful at the Court of Appeal

Islam Khan has succeeded at the Court of Appeal in persuading LJ Macur, LJ Hilliard and LJ Hill to quash a manifestly excessive sentence handed down at Chichester Crown Court in July 2022.

The Panel extended the time of the 282 day delay of the appeal, and quashed the extended licensing sentence of 6 years on dangerousness, re-sentencing in line with the correct sentence.
