Islam Khan successfully secures Newton in favour of his client at Snaresbrook Crown Court

Islam Khan has successfully secured Newton in favour of his defendant to a lesser category before HHJ English at Snaresbrook Crown Court, in a case involving a large counterfeit stamp fraud spanning several years.

Islam negotiated the matter to be dropped against his own client (D1), before solicitors instructed him to deal with the co-defendant’s (D2) Newton. Upon instructing a forensic accountant he was able to serve arguments that the fraud was not in millions but rather in thousands leading to the trial of issue succeeding.
