Kerim Fuad KC secures another unanimous Old Bailey murder acquittal

Kerim Fuad KC has secured another unanimous acquittal at the Old Bailey, following a near three-month long trial, in which his client was accused of a murder by firearm.

Kerim’s skilful and detailed cross examination of a number of expert witnesses – including CCTV officers, phones officer, cell site expert and a drill music expert – undermined the Crown’s case, presenting an alternative factual scenario to the jury.

His client was convicted of a much less serious count of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.

After his closing speech, a member of the jury thanked Kerim for the eloquence of his delivery. The co-defendant was unanimously convicted of murder.
