Kevin Molloy secures manslaughter acquittal

Kevin Molloy secured the acquittal of the defendant Gearty who had been charged with Gross Negligence Manslaughter. The case attracted notoriety as it involved the treatment of the deceased, a drug addict with the unlicensed drug ibogaine.  The case involved the cross-examination of many experts, one of whom gave evidence via video-link from Miami.
