Lewis Power KC speaks at the Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre

Lewis Power KC has recently spoken at a seminar titled,“Untangling Civil Fraud in Commercial Transactions”, at the Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre, in Doha.

Lewis specifically addressed the conference as to the new order of Unexplained Wealth Orders in the context of both civil and criminal fraud, alongside Worldwide Freezing Orders and their implications in international law.

The seminar was moderated by Umar Azmeh, Registrar of QICDRC, and Lewis was joined on the panel by Dr Muna Al Marzouqi, Judge at QICDRC, Dr Reem Al Ansari, CEO & Founder of Dr. Reem Al-Ansari Law Firm, and James Pickering KC of Enterprise Chambers.
