Llewellyn Culver-Evans secures acquittal in Sexual Assault trial.

Llewellyn Culver-Evans has secured an acquittal for his client in a Sexual Assault allegation heard before Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court.
Llewellyn’s client was alleged to have assaulted a young woman in a nightclub in central London. The defendant denied the charge, setting out this was a case of mistaken identity.
Following carefully crafted and measured cross examination of the complainant and two civilian witnesses, Llewellyn’s client was duly found Not Guilty by the District Judge.
The defendant retains his good character.
