Michelle Clarke secured an acquittal for a 16 year old boy on serious sexual assault charge

At Reading Youth Court, Michelle secured an acquittal for a 16 year old boy who was charged with Sexual Assault on a 14 year old girl.

The case was tried by Judge Gozzee, one of the Senior District Judges.

The case was deemed serious enough for a Certificate for Counsel to have been granted.

He had no previous convictions
