Pamela Brain secures acquittal in a case involving multiple allegations of rape.

This was a particularly difficult case as it involved a defendant of good character who suffers from Asperger’s Syndrome and he faced multiple allegations of Rape some of which were historical.

The complainant also had a number of difficulties which meant that the cross examination had to be undertaken in a particularly sensitive manner.
