Pamela Brain Secures Acquittal in an Historical Allegation of Rape.

This was a complex case involving a defendant of good character and an allegation of Rape dating back 40 years. The complainant had a number of difficulties which meant that the cross examination had to be undertaken in a particularly sensitive manner.
